Hunting & Fishing New Dog

Bought an Annie to squirrel hunt with so I decided to get a dog to compliment the rifle. She's a 3yr old Original Mountain Cur.

Got to hunt her on Memorial weekend when season opened, she treed 6 times, the little buggers are wild right now jumping timber and hitting the ground, we did manage to kill 2 before it got too hot. She was starting to cycle then so I haven't had her back out yet. Mepps Lure Company will pay $0.25 a tail, wonder how many I've gotta kill to cover the rifle and dog

I love mt curs. I've got 2 of them for work, they do a wonderful job. Very motivated.

When I was a kid about 45 years ago, I did quite a bit of squirrel hunting doen in SEMO. My Dad and I did quite well thinning those little bastards out.
