I haven't bought anything ben and jerrys since I became aware of co-founder/owner Ben Cohen contributing to the defense fund of a cop killer, Mumia-Abu Jamal. Jamal murdered Philidelphia officer Daniel Faulkner while he was arresting his brother in 1981. This was witnessed by no less than five people. He was convicted and sentenced to death and still sets on death row. Ben and Jerrys released a statement that Cohen did this as a private citizen and not through the company. Well fuck him...he gets that money from sales of their products so me and mine will never buy from them.
