How about a forum for everyone to post the questions they dream up while surfing around on the internet and over-thinking things? We could call it the "OverThink Tank".

how about "OFF THE SHELF" ammo
there's the reloading section and the exterior ballistics section which commonly get intertwined.
maybe just a "Sniper's hide ammo section" and incorporate 3 sub forums - off the shelf ammo, home grown ammo, exterior ballistics (which would include both factory and reloaded ammo's performance).
or am i just overthinking things?
