I sure like the looks of these forums. I hope to learn a bunch from you guys. I'm an old fart. I'll be 64 this Spring. I've lived in Montana all my life. Hunting and fishing in the back country has always been a priority. I've got three horses and two mules. I was a weapons specialist in the army, many years ago. I went through Special Forces training in 69 and 70. Was an army jumpmaster and skydiver. I am getting into tactical shooting and long range shooting now. I have plenty to learn. Looking forward to talking with you.

Welcome Steve, I am currently in Florida but I am from Missoula and looking at moving back home soon. I retired to Florida after my 21 yrs. in the Army as a Medic now wishing I went back home. Florida is nice, but nothing beets the Mountains of Montana.

Welcome! I would love to have a cabin in MT-may have to start working on that as they don't seem to be getting any cheaper, miss living there for sure.
Steve what area of the Big Sky state are you from? There are a number of LR precision tactical/practical matches in MT which would be a good place to meet and get acquainted with others that share the same interest.
