The problem in France is not to find a good shooting club, it is rather the long distances which are rarer. However, quite a few army regiments open their doors to military families and sports shooters.

I am a member of a very nice shooting club in the south of France, it is close to the city of Marseille. We have a very nice facility very close to the main access roads. However, it is limited to 200 meters, but even 200 meters we all know that perfect shooting does not exist. Anyway I have fired thousands and thousands of ammunition at 12.7 or 308 win for years today I am in a recreational rather than competitive spirit.
