I am here to gather information and maybe find some good deals on gear. I currently have a Bergara Ridge in 6.5 creed that i use for primarily white tail and varmint hunting. I recently (before the pandemic) went to a day long shooting seminar where the instructor had me ringing 10" steel at 1000 yards with the factory gun. Of course the instructor had a Larue 7.62 OBR, a couple of upgrade R700's, and others had some PRS style rifles that i shot as well. They all had much better glass than i did, but i was still able to reach out to 1000, which was a heck of a feeling. Understand that is the norm for some people on here, but i had a blast.
Anyway, i am looking to just soak up information and do some research for the next pieces of gear i want to get. Upgraded glass will probably be next on the list.
