I've got a RRA 16" Elite Operator (or some such name); RRA claims 1.5" MOA. RRA also has a disclaimer on their site saying essentially that only RRA manufactured equipment should be used with RRA gear, e.g., if one were to change out the complete upper. I had thoughts of buying a complete upper and also had thoughts that I might go to another manufacturer to do that, or, if the 20" Varmint barreled upper RRA makes would get me out beyond 300 yards to 500 yards w/ appreciable more accuracy.
Any thoughts, recommendations I'd be grateful for.
