New here!! My 700 build 300 WSM

Specs:
700 SA blueprinted
takeoff pss barel rechambered in 300WSM with muzzle break
HS Precision stock fully adjustable
Sightron 6x24x50 sIII

High all. Ive been reading and studying a while now and finaly bit the bullet after shooting my uncles savage. So I bought this gun that was built by a buddy of mine who is a trainer and gunsmith at the Tulsa PD. This gun is a sub .5moa with the bullets he was shooting( I think 168gr hornady).

I shot .6 with the few rounds he had for it when I bought it and I think the gun is definately going to work. I plan on shooting 1000yrds with this gun and wanted a heavier bullet. I was dumb and bought 208gr amax's before I realized it was a 1 in 12 twist so now what I want to know is what bullet are you guys having good luck with out of your 1:12's in 300wsm.

PS I am going to sell the 70 208gr amax's I have left if intrested....

You could get away with some 180 and 185gr bullets. They have a good BC and you can push them pretty fast with the WSM.
