Rifle Scopes new leupold scope??

i was reading my Army times and they had some new tactical gear reviews in there. Anyways... i read about the new leupold FFP. what is FFP? and what does it mean? it retails for about 1600 and am looking to upgrade my scope this summer.

Front Focal Plane. Meaning it Mils at any magnification.
