I’m relatively new in the realm of LR. Have a science and mechanics background so this is super exciting for my brain. Bergara B14 HMR owner and looking at building a custom rifle soon

Phoenix has a few ranges, I hear Cowtown is a pretty good range. There's also monthly PRS club matches put on in Phoenix, and an annual NRL Hunter match just a bit north in Paulden if you get the itch to compete.

You should shoot the May match at cowtown man. It will be a club match so very new shooter friendly.

Another PRS match to check out would be 4Peaks PRS out at Rio Salado.

Dang thanks for the heads up! Yes I’ll definitely be thinking hard about shooting that match. May or may not have impulse bought one of the newer MPA PMR rifles with the CdG action, les gooooo

I sure will! I actually have a friend from PRGC in squad 1 you probably know him, Mike. I met him once at the high power range at PRGC and told him i was interested in PRS. He gave me all the tips about reloading and next thing you know i'm finding powder charge and seating depth nodes... Hopefully i'll be shooting at next month's event!

Welcome! I’m also from Mesa. The Rio 4 peaks match is a good one. I’m slowly being sucked out of the USPSA world and into the PRS game and it’s been so fun. People are super helpful so don’t be shy about showing up to a match!
