I've been signed up for a while, browsing the forums here and there, but have not posted before. I recently became interested in shooting with more precision, so I figured now was the time to start being involved here. Nothing too complicated, I just want to move beyond 100-200 yards with red dots and 1-4X and out to 600 yards with a little more magnification eventually. Most of what I shoot is 5.56/.223 at the moment, but maybe I'll add something bigger and at longer range eventually. I have a Tac Sol 10/22 w/Kidd 2-stage that is also a lot of fun to shoot, and that has also been making we want to think 'bigger.' The main thing that has me spending more time reading the forums is the hunt for an optic, and I've been finding a lot of good information here that has helped eliminate a lot of items I was considering.
