TSA Approved, removed the guitar cut out and salvaged the felt and put new foam in to hold the rifle and equipment. Thinking of making a few more to sell if there is any interest.

That's pretty cool, though I'd prefer my rifle to lay scope up when you are carrying it. Is there much padding where it's contacting the side of the case?
Is there a lock (assume so if TSA approved)?

I like it a lot! I've been searching the local thrift stores for a couple suitable old suitcases to do the same kind of thing.

yea i did one with an old case i bought at a pawn shop but i used that egg carton foam cuz the case liner was shot to hell
