Good morning ladies and maggots,

I'm at the research stage of building my Large frame AR in 260 rem. and need some advice. There are several barrel makers out there and I am wanting this rifle to be competitive in PRS. I can get a shilen from Midway for $450 with matching bolt....is this a good barrel? I can also get a Krieger built; minus upper, chargimg handle, BCG, muzzle device and hand gaurd for around $950. Or, Accuracy systems in Byers can build me a complete upper for some where around $1400(I think they use Bartlien blanks, not sure thou)
What would be my best option in your opinions?
Thanks, hope you all have had a good weekend

Order a RCA HP BCG, send the bolt to Keystone Accuracy and have them spin you up a Kreiger. will be way cheaper than $950 and will be a tack driver. He's done many for me.

John will also build the complete upper for you if interested.

"RCA HP"?
Sorry I've never heard of these guys(or seen the acronym hahaha)
That's an excellent idea, thank you. I've never heard of those guys but that's why I asked to get more ideas of where to go
