Well, i have finally ordered the last peice of the puzzle. All parts are on the way and i should have pics of her assembeled by end of next week if everything goes smoothly. Here are the specs:

Blaser LRS2 308
Leupold Mk4 8.5-25x50 FFP ER/T Mill Dot Reticle
Barrett BORS System
Barrett Zero-Gap Rings

And once i get some time, she will be going out to Score High Gunsmithing for their "Tactical Bolt" Muzzle Break

I was just lucky enough to have finally received all of my parts at once, so will have a good solid day getting everything mounted and ready to shoot.... finally. YAY!!

I want to give a special thanks to all of the other Hide members who helped me acumulate a majority of these parts via the for sale forums. Everyone below has been great to work with and their help was much appreciated

Not slamming, just asking. Why did you choose to go with the Leupold Mk4 8.5-25x50 FFP ER/T Mill Dot Reticle & Barrett BORS System over a better scope?

lol. Good question. And i have a very specific answer. On a Blaser LRS, The picatinny rail is extremely short and mounted on the barrel, so it is very far forward. I had a Zeiss Diavari and a USO i tried to mount on it, but i could not get proper eye relief. With either scope as far back as possible, on full power i had my cheek so far forward it was almost off the cheek rest. Leupold MK4 have out of the box some of the best eye relief available, as well as the longer scope tube on the 8.5-25 version, it should allow comfortable eye relief and positioning. I would have loved to have one of my USOs bumped up with their extended eye relief options, but just didnt want to do that at this time. The MK4 will be fine for now.
