New South Carolina long range course?

I can't remember where I saw it mentioned that a group in SC was finished with a new range and had gone to the county for the permitting process. We know how difficult THAT is so is there anybody that can give me an update? Particularly interested in any extreme long range places to shoot, individually or for competition in VA.NC, or SC primarily.
