They come up used occassionaly in the ee here and arfcom. For a new one buy wherever you can find one. Rails are what come up more often though as they are more varieties.scour the boards or strengthen your google foo.

I've been running the DD MRF rail and if you like tubes you will love it. I'd for sure get a low pro gb, and run a mid length or rifle length tube, as it gives you more room for hands, and still can be used to mt 1913 rails on. A lot of good Co's out there, and I run a factory Houge on my RRA VA4, but with the 20"brrl, I'd like to change it as well to a 14", just to get my bipod on out.
