Newbie with an itchy booger hook!

Hey y'all!

I am currently prepping to move to the great state of Texas! Specifically, San Antonio!

I, like a lot of southern bred people, grew up around guns and establish a deep seed passion and respect for firearms. I have always loved shooting rifles. To me they take an extreme amount of respect, understanding, and discipline to master. I can confidently say I am pretty damn good, but, there is always room to grow!

Currently I have a nice base gun for my longer range shooting and hunting endeavors. I have a R700 .300WM LA. It shoots like a dream right now! I plan on upgrading my stock, bedding, glass, and adding a muzzle brake...so I am open to sales and advice!

Cannot wait to get out, shoot more, meet up, and talk guns!

Also...feel free to ask any questions to get to know me! I am an open book. Most of the time, CPS worker and gun love don't associate in people's minds easily. Hahaha!

I mostly shoot on private land but there is a great low cost place here in Nixon witch is about 40 mins outside of 1604. You can shoot steel and paper out to 300 yards and has a nice pistol set up also. Its called Nixon Gun Range. Bart the owner is a nice guy.
