so short intro. im 40, from new zealand, living in australia at the mo.travelled the world. looking at getting into f standard class shooting or ftr called in us? the one thats .223 or .308 only. have done smallbore indoor before but havnt fired a gun properly in 20 years. but f class looks fun. big powerful guns over a long challenging distance. should be more interesting than smallbore right?! im booked in for the introduction day but its 5 weeks away. iv been hitting ggole hard for the last few weeks on ftr and rifles and scopes and to be honest my brains scrambled! i saw this site show up alot so joined mainly because iv wanted to comment on so many things. but also to get you guys ( and ladys ) to help me over the next 6 months to start, like, ftr and eventually build my own rifle. which at the moment would be a savage 12 ftr with sightron scope. the rest of the details is what i need to ask. anyways talk to you all,soon!
