Rifle Scopes NF 2.5X10 Compact ?

Im considering this scope and if any one has been using it would ya let me know how ya liking it.One of my main concerns when going to new glass is always eye relief,how generous is it with eye relief,how is the glass,are adjustments on the money.Please let me know the Pros and cons on it.Thanks

I used the 2.5x10x32 on a hard kicking .338 RUM this season. I chose the velocity ballistic reticle and the model with covered adjustments as this was a dedicated hunting rifle. NF lists the eye relief at 3.7".
I was very pleased with it especially in low light conditions. I continually compared it to my 42mm binoculars at dawn and dusk and was very impressed with the clarity and light gathering. It survived a flight to and from Alberta and was lost for two days on the return flight. Still zeroed after getting it back.
The rifles I use hunting from shooting houses at home are the S&B 5x25x56 and NF 5.5x22x56. I was very pleasantly surprised with the 32mm NF and will be buying another.

Plenty of eye relief on my 2.5-10x32, even at 10x. I hunted until dark yesterday, and I had plenty of light at the end of shooting hours for a 200 yard shot on 6x. The illuminated reticle is slick too!
I've got the capped-turret version on an AR, and a Zero Stop version on a bolt gun. Both have the HV reticle.
They are a great hunting scope in my opinion.

I have the NP-R2 reticle in mine and would just add the "+1" to what has been said.

Mine now pulls double duty on my AR15 and a lightweight 300 WSM hunting rifle. I have the capped hunting turrets in mine, with the NP-R2 and using holdovers only, the AR15 is very effective at first/second round kills for water balloons, milk jugs, steel plates, etc for shots out to about 800yd.

Atop the new 300 that I'm currently getting a feel for, it has been very effective at low light hours and scanning for animals. It also soaks up the recoil of a 7-8lb hunting rifle in 300 WSM without any trouble.

I have the 2.5-10x32 on a sage m1a. For what I wanted it was perfect for this rifle. I wanted a smaller light weight scope that still let me use the irons and this works perfectly.If your looking to shoot dots at 6oo yds you may want to look at a scope with higher magnification. I have two S&b 5-25 on other rifles and I have no complaints on the little NXS as far as glass goes and if your worried about tracking...dont! It is a tough little scope.

After owning 2 and friends owner multiples as well I can say I have ZERO complaints with them. Using zero stop turrets with the NP-R2 reticle makes it a tough scope to beat.
I would like to see a first focal plane model.

It's a great little scope and tracks perfectly. I would, however, highly recommend zero stop (because there is no turn indication) and (as with any scope) matching the reticle to the turrets, e.g. mil/mil

I have one on a DPMS 308 and love it, the velocity reticle matches the round pretty good, I have ZS none capped turrets, I just bought a 3.5-15 for a 6.5 Grendel, I was trying to decide between the two, I almost went with another 2.5-10 but didn't, I'm starting to think I made a mistake!

I have both the 2.5-10x32 (2 of them) and the 3.5-15x50 on rifles here.

For a hunting rifle can't beat the 2.5-10. I have the NP-R2 reticle and it's all you can ask for in its low light performance and field friendly use.

I bought the 3.5-15 for a semi-dedicated target rifle. It's nice, but BIG and heavy. Too heavy for my use on a hunting rifle. Just my opinion and preference.

My other 2.5-10 is on a short barreled .308 rifle I use for work. Again, it's about perfect in that role.

Can't go wrong with either and I really like the 2.5-10 models.

Got this scope (mil/mil version) on my rem 700 20".
It's lightweight
It's tough
It has the good clear glass.

I was considering 3.5-15x50 and compared it with 2.5-10x32 side by side.
The bigger glass has better low-light capabilities, but for me up to 6x the light gathering seems the same up to 500 meters and the weight differences (537 gramms for 2.5-10x32 vs. 820 grams for 3.5-15x50) made my choice in favor of 2.5-10x32
