I bought a NX8 4.5x32 and mounted it on a Bergara rifle with a 20 moa rail . I zeroed it at 200 yards and sext the zero stop on the scope . I have gotten rid of that rifle and mounted the scope on a Sig cross . The sig doesn't have a 20 moa rail so now my elevation is off . I zero at 100 yards I'm now at 15 moa on my dial . I was already at 18 moa when I set the zero stop the first time .
Question is can I reset the zero stop to where it was before I set it ? Or can I go back to the factory set center ?

You can slip the turret if you just want to have the 0 indicator at zero.

You can also set the ZeroStop to your new zero point by repeating the procedure for setting it in the first place.

If you ever don't have enough down travel, you can "unset" it by reversing the process, loosening the screws and rotating the clutch counterclockwise about a half turn.

Reviving instead of starting something new.

Can the NF Zero Stop be set to 1 MIL low of zero? Basically I want to let my turret spin 1 MIL below the zero. My MK5 allows me to go 0.5 MIL below my zero which is nice

Yes, you can set it below your intended zero to allow for dialing below zero. Just set your turret to 0.5 MIL below zero before setting your stop, and then adjust back 0.5 MIL after you set your zero stop.

Are you talking about the MK5? I’d really like at least one of my zeros to be set with the turret

I was just addressing the question about the Nightforce zero stop. You can set it where you want it, so if you want to set it 0.5 mils lower than your zero or 1 mil, or whatever, you can do that. I wasn’t addressing the MK5. I don’t have experience with it.
