Your best bet is used. I wasn't able to find one new at any of the usual dealers.

I was able to get NIB on eBay not too long ago. It was a great deal and typically they come with the rings as well .

I got mine from the PX section. Took all of a week before the right deal came along. Found exactly what I was looking for and saved about $500 off what a new one would sell for.
