I am very excited about getting my hands on the SHV 5-20x56 soon for a 243 varmint rig. Is has the elevation/zero stop that until this model was available on only the F1 in the SHV family. Right after the F1 came out I got one and asked NF if that turret could be fitted to other SHV models and they said no. I said dang it, but I still love my SFP SHVs anyways.
While I have sent a note to NF I am curious if anyone else is wondering or has already asked NF about retrofitting the 5-20x56 turret to other SHV models? In my case this would be a 3.5-10x42 and a 4-14x56. To me, the lack of such a turret is what has kept these scopes in a state just short of 100% awesome. Instead they are 90% awesome.
