I bought a Monarch X 4-16x50 . I ordered it before we went to the shot show then at the show I found out nikon is not going to do the yardage turret for it so then started looking into other scopes looked at the GreyBull Precision has anyone used one ? I know the G7 is out but it is to much $ for me at this time . dose anyone know some one that wants a Monarch X 4-16x50 I can make them a hell of a deal .

ok sorry it was not the reason for the post. I'm looking for more info on the GreyBull Precision scope and if it will be as good as my nikon . and to see how other like or dis like the yard turrets instead of moa . and yes I seen the 100 post rule thanks for the info .

yes my buddy did the Kenton Industries turret and it just don't fit very good . the reason I'm wanting to try this set up is so I can set 0 at 100 yards and with in a second go to 400 with out a chart, this will be on a hunting set up. I know must on this site are not just hunters but as the site is called "sniper's" and almost all I've read everyone prefers the night force . I thought this might be a good place to get some info because some have tried other optics before jumping to a night force . but if I'm wrong this post will fade away fast .
