Factory sealed. I picked this up and never used it, I have ine that I did put together and the garments are well thought out.
The dyed jute, netting, sewing equipment/shoegoo, is available on amazon. I also found some very awesome leafy material through airsofters in europe.
$500 OBO for the pair, just add a boonie and get to tying knots.
