Hey guys, just a dummy mechanic here looking to learn some stuff. This place seems like a wealth of knowledge with some good people. Lately I lost interest in my project cars so I'm focusing on getting my Remington 700 .308 done...I bought it almost 2 years ago and never fired it. I will most likely spend my time here lurking and researching.

Welcome to the hide, it's a great place to learn. Before getting back into shooting I was doing the car thing and racing. Gave it up because it was so expensive. Guess what? So is shooting lol, it's all good and you can't take with ya. Enjoy finishing up your rifle, and get out and shoot!
