I had the honor of watching a very close friend , fellow body builder win his Pro card last night at the Greater Gulf states body building show , this gy has dedcation beyond compair.

Ive heard guys say they can't get the extra weight off because they dont have time to do the needed cardio , they cany due cardio because of a bad knee injury or bad back or some other excuse.
Im hear to tell you dropping body fat is not about doing extra cardio , its about nutrition plan and simple!!
I have known several guys that get into stage shape with nearly no cardio , a know a trainer that does not allow his clients to do cardio and releys fully on nutrition.

I know what your thinking , well its the streoids that help

<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-size: 17pt">BULLSHIT !!!</span></span>

that just another shallow half assed excuse

Here is proof you dont need cardio and your ouchy on you knee isint keeping you fat!

That's awesome! It took a while to notice the wheelchair.

I'm starting to think my "see food" diet maybe isn't working.

Thats good to go! I do admire people who have the true intestinal fortitude to know no limits and make no excuses to accomplish a goal. Very well done.

Sir, a more accurate comment could not have been made! I'd "flesh it out" only by adding that the kitchen work should include total elimination of all grains, starches, wheat substitutes, soy, and other such shit,e.g., HFCS, etc., and make sure to include high saturated fat meats: beef, chicken with skin, uncured bacon, veggies, almonds, macademia nuts.

do this and watch the belly fat disappear
