Learn reading comprehension. SCoring 30 points and timing out doesn't mean your hit rate is 30% Dude even says he hits 75% of ttargets BUT TIMES OUT.

Op. You have to work on what you suck at. Time yourself and see why you’re so slow. Lots of good videos but this will take self perseverance on your end. People like @DocRDS wont give direct answers to make you better. It’s gonna take disciplined work.
