When I first glanced the headline I was thinking: "So some deranged dude runs into a restaurant and proceeds to KILL a chef with a HAMMER, and critically injure 2 other employees"...As opposed to what Hollywood tries to tell us, trying to kill an alert, moving human being with a hammer involves quite an expenditure of time and energy.......This guy manages to do that amount of damage, and nobody turns his chest cavity into Swiss cheese with a 9mm or .45 mag dump?
Then I saw the location...Ah, New York City of course.

I wondered how many folks seeing the attack unfold wished that they had a gun on them. Too late, wishing ain't gonna solve shit now.
If only someone had a CCW and anchored the fucker with 2 rounds through the chest and 1 to the head.
But since this is New York City, they are just going to probably launch a campaign to ban hammers. For the children of course.
