NYS Red Flag laws went into effect this week, and already a case was shot down in court. This is the 3rd case I know of the the NYS Safe Act lost when taken to court.
I know there is going to be many more of these false accusations submitted to the courts, but its definitely a good start for gun owners!

Wow the level and volume of grandiose legal bullshit speak weaved into the Court's response as to how and why they ignored the Law is fuckin epic . There's enough bullshit in that response to fertilize the farm fields of NYS for the next twenty years .

Not to mention being temporarily relieved of your rights and the having to spend money and court to prove your innocence. It’s all BS.

Good to see some folks fighting back and winning.

Unfortunately too many stupids even gun owners are buying into the "Red Flag" BS and seem to think that it's somehow going to be like lawful or done with proper regard to law and such.

The entire foundation of law and order in this country is pretty much crumbling at the core and the "good folks" are the last ones left with their heads in the sand.
