Rifle Scopes O.D. of Objective on Falcon's 5-25x?

If anyone has the actual outside diameter of Falcon's 5-25x scope, it would be very much appreciated. I could use both the 50mm and 56mm measurements as I'm trying to decide which one is a better fit for my rifle.

If you don't have the measurements, I'd also take the size of the correctly fitting Butler Creek lens cover. I can cross-reference the diameter using their measurements.

I am also curious because I plan on buying the 5-25x50 very soon. want to do the calculations so I know what size rings to buy. however on i cant see the OD being more than 5mm larger than the objective itself. I could be wrong but i doubt that the bell around the actually glass itself is that thick(and by that thick I mean 5mm thick)
