Rifle Scopes Odd scope mounts...any ideas?

Picked up a new (used) big rifle today (416 Rigby....after all, it is the base for the 338 Lapua and I decided to get grandad).

Anyway, the scope bases have round holes. They also have levers for quick release.

Anyone ever seen this type of mounting?

Yes, Leupold QR System uses two round holes and levers, also there one made in Australia, who's name escapes me at the moment (as you age your memory is the second thing to go). That's all I can think of off hand.
