Anyone have experience with these? Trying to keep the weight down with light weight handguards, but still need to have good performance off a bipod. Going on a Mega Maten receiver set. Thanks.
Odin Works O2 AR308 handguard?

Yep Im running one of their 02 Lite 17.5" MLOK on a MEGA 308 receiver set with a 22" Rock Creek cut rifled 6.5cm barrel with +2 gas. If you get your bipod all the way out at the end sure its got a little flex because its a light handguard with not a lot of material so thats your trade off. But I dont have any accuracy issues, its a tack driver and I keep my bipod back about a 1/3rd from the end.
Thanks Padom. I got a reply back from Odin Works saying that the Maten barrel nut was proprietary and their hand guard wouldn’t work with it. I thought that was only the MKN/MML but the standard maten was a standard barrel nut. Am I wrong here? Obviously you are using one, so I think I should be ok. Do you remember which insert you ordered your with?
Yea, Im using one on a MEGA upper and I installed one on a friends Aero M5 upper. Both were ordered from OpticsPlanet on sale. No issues what so ever. Here's exactly what I got.
