It all comes down to a promiscuous man is a stud, a promiscuous woman is a whore. It all deals with social norms that are not always equal. Unfortunatly for 99% or males bank accounts revolve around getting laid from the age of 9 to 99.

As someone who performs lip augmentation, I can tell you she has had it done (and relatively decent job); she probably didn't need it, so I'm guessing she is very insecure/has issues.
