Old rimfire scopes

I found these old scopes in a box of stuff I've had for years. I'm most curious about the old Weaver in the Buehler mount. The scope reticle is a single post but is offset about 45 degrees from the mount base. Any clue what it was meant for?
Also both these Weavers are in good shape except the glass isn't as clear as I'd like but I'd like to get them refurbed if anyone has a suggestion. I have an old Winchester model 63 I'd likie to mount one on.

Very cool scopes! May want to see if you can move or re-post in Vintage, because most of SH's old scope guru's hang out there.
That said... most of these old .22 scopes are economically-challenging to refurbish. Though you may be able to do a lot yourself with patience, the right screwdrivers and some fixtures. There is a Weaver scope restoration specialist out in Montana or Wyoming. But most of what they do are K4's and Alaskan's, etc. The higher end stuff. But the 'right' .22 scopes are probably worth doing these days to go with vintage .22 rifles. Like yours.
That mount is really cool. Offset mounts were generally for guns with a top eject. So might have been for something like a Winchester 94 or 92. The 9422 was side eject. But there was nothing stopping folks from wanting to fit scopes to 25-20's and other light rifles.
Not sure if anyone has written a definitive book on the old Weavers... but found this:

FYI, when I looked at these pictures, the first thing I note was ... "Cool old Buehler mount!" So the mount may be more interesting than the scope.

Thank you sir! I think I'll give unmounted one a try once I clean up the glass and mount it on my Model 63 Win. It has really fine crosshairs and I have rings for it.Restoration company.
