My father-in-law has a gun safe that he bought at a pawn show several years ago and the keypad has gone bad on him. Since he bought it at a pawn shop there’s no manual, and I can’t find any info on the safe online. Wondering if one of the bigger companies bought this company. Does anyone know anything about “Armory Safe Co” or know what brand keypad this is? I’ve been doing some searching to find a replacement but can’t find any keypads that have the same plug end as this one.. I don’t think I need the whole locking mechanism, only the keypad.

I don't know anything about this brand but these locks are typically easily replaceable but any locksmith. A good quality electronic lock should be about $250 installed. You will need to replace the inner mechanism along with the keypad

I have 3 gun safes ... all with combination locks. I'll never own a safe with an electronic lock. What you're experiencing is just 1 of 387 reasons I feel that way. I hope you get it solved.
1 column of numbers failed (2, 6, 9) while the door was shut, but luckily his backup code did not include any of those numbers. We’ve decide to replace it before other numbers quit working.
Take the inside door panel off and look at the lock. Look for a model number on the lock and then find a compatible replacement. Swapping the locks is easy you can probably do it yourself.
Make sure you replace the inner lock. If the keypad is old, it may be prudent to replace the inner mechanism at the same time. If that fails, it will require drilling the door.
My S&G Lock started becoming unreliable after 20 years. That is the warning sign
