You guys need some educating.. You keep using that word commie like you think you know what it means.. The guy clearly states he is not a part of antifa or blm and that they have been providing security for the protests as a group called the texas gorillas (look them up, dont read a news article either), who are mainly libertarians (which you un edumacated fucks seem to read as liberal) Libertarians stand for minimal government and our constitution.. Doesnt quite make them liberals or commies.. Now why would anyone stand to try and keep the peace at these events? Because an armed society is a polite society, right? Its not just for people who are protesting, its also to keep protesters in check. The phrase "I dont agree with what you say but Ill fight to defend your right to say it" is what this is about..

His "interview" does not bode well for his intent and then his actions. He did not speak like a Libertarian. He spoke like Antifa. He used "they" and "we" when referencing the police and then the protesters, respectively, when complaining about being not allowed in the streets. Which they then go and do. And he's there pushing another protestor in her wheelchair.

Considering the police will shoot you dead without hesitation if you approach them with what appears to be a loaded "assault rifle" in the "low ready" position, with your finger near the trigger, and the courts will instantly no bill it as, "In fear for their life", they are going to have a very hard time making the case that he was not in imminent fear for his life, unless they want to try to set a precedent the police will really regret.....

If you have a gun, display it in a manor where the victim reasonably believes it to be a threat, you have all right to defend as necessary. Case law shows that you can't even get away with using a toy gun in a threatening manner.

While I don't agree with violating anyone's rights in any way, where's the line between rights and law, the law states that pedestrians have the right of way, in the video it appears they are Marching. So it can be argued that they are not impeding traffic. It could be argued that they are traveling as well. And the motor is not having the right of way honking and otherwise agitating the group could be misconstrued... food for thought
