Today I contacted Pay Pal to find out if I can cancel your subscriptions in mass via their system. In the meantime, if you are reading this please go to Pay Pal and find your recurring payment manager and cancel any payments to me or SH. This will help anyone who misses the announcement. I will do my best to communicate this across the platform and to the members the best I can. Understand just removing you will not cancel it with PayPal.
This system is completely different and the online training has to be reset and relaunched. I have transferred all the videos to my new system and will recreate the Online Training Section for all as soon as figure it out. Understand, I have never used this software before just like everyone else. I have to hire help and relearn the system at the same time. In the past, vBulletin was terrible at still charging people even if I removed or changed things. So I am hoping Pay Pal can do it at the source. With the old system removed, I want to attack this as many ways as possible. The old vBulletin system would only remove your from the forum section and not actually communicate the change to Pay Pal. A lesson learned the hard way for both sides.
