Hunting & Fishing opening day

Tomorrow starts rifle deer season for North Carolina, needless to say I can't sleep. Actually I guess it's today. I do not expect any trophies to step out, just looking for a fat doe really. Anybody getting as fired up as I am or have any great opening day stories to help a guy that can't sleep. Good hunting to all!

Hate it for you, I'm in low country SC and our season kicks off August 15. Opening day here is usually a joke, 90 something degrees and mosquito ridden. I actually wait until the first of October to start hunting. Good luck up there today!
