Rifle Scopes Optics for a SCAR 17s??

I posted the same thread under the semi auto rifles forum, hope thats OK.
Ive got 2 SCAR 16s and have Acogs on them. Absolutely love the set up. I didnt really want a SCAR Heavy, but I couldnt pass up the dirt cheap deal. What are you guys running on you SCAR 17s for optics. I dont think I would be happy with a rifle scope but I definitely want something with magnification to get out there but will also work at short range as well. I saw a Norden Performance CRS that looked pretty cool, but Ive never heard of them and hate to drop a grand on some Chinese piece of crap. Any info would be appreciated!

NF 2.5-10x32 on the SCAR H for me. I originally bought a USO 1.5-6 for it, but found the NF is my preferred optic. The USO was moved to an SPRish AR.

My use is mostly for longer range 3-Gun (12" plates to 440 Yds is common) - where I typically run the NF at 6x in the matches (and have a Shooter ballistics setup to match); plus I find for general square range shooting out to 600-700 Meters, 10x is superior.

This is the way I went on mine, a Leupold MK8 1.1-8x. I wanted something with a low end magnification near 1x with as much high end magnification as i could get. I also wanted something rugged.

I think the USO SR-8 would be great on a SCAR 17 or a CQBSS like above.

+1 for the Shootist: I've got a NF 2.5-10X32 w/FC-2 reticle on my SCAR-17s absolutely AWESOME glass for that pig.

My Leupold Mark 6 3-18x44 is kicking ass on my SCAR 17. I've got the TMR reticle from Scott @ Liberty Optics.
