I got a CZ 452 Varmint, and I've shot it 3 times now. The trigger is prety good, but there is some room for improvement.

People seem to recommend the youdave trigger kit, or the Eric Brooks trigger get. They seem cheap enough and easy enough to swap out, but I can't find them in stock anywhere. Did they both go out of business? Does anybody else sell these kits.

If not, do you guys have any suggestions?

Re: Options for a new CZ452 trigger

I just cut 1 1/2 coils off the factory spring. That gave me a consistent 28 oz pull. I tried trimming off 1 coil and I got a 42 oz weight of pull. I have shot my CZ Varmint at least 5,000 rds since modifying the spring without any problems. There was an occasional 'hitch' in the trigger takeup until I had several thousand rds through the rifle. If you get one of the trigger kits, you probably won't have this problem. I don't have it anymore but it took several thousand rds before it went away.
