Has anyone recently ordered a Solas action that can share how long it took to ship?

I ordered mine January 1st. Finally got in touch through their online chat system last week. They told me mid February. When I asked why they said they were waiting on a part for them. I asked them why did it show in stock then. I hope the action is nice because their customer service is awful. I should have bought a Zermatt origin instead. If it doesn’t ship by mid February I will cancel it and get an origin.
I finally received my Solus long action today. I had to get in touch with a guy named Kirk who runs aero precisions Reddit page. He personally got my action and took it to the shipping manager. It shipped Friday and I picked it up today. Ordered Jan 1st and delivered Feb 10th.

I just got on Reddit and sent a message to the aero precision page. He is the one that runs that page. Apparently he has been helping a ton of people out on there. It took a day for him to get back to me after I messaged with my order number. He did exactly what he said though. I wish everyone that worked at aero would move at the speed he did.
Where was he fucking off to for the last two months? Or is he a new hire now that they realized that they'd shot themselves in the crotch with the complete lack of CS?
I’m not sure if he’s a new guy or not. I think he’s probably tired of getting his ass chewed off by people for his management team’s incompetence. I don’t think he has anything to do with manufacturing or shipping really. He’s just their social media guy trying to help out.
Kirk is not in shipping and receiving, and he's been there a long time (before the new GM). He does marketing, social media, advertising, and I think some engineering stuff (lots of things). I didn't know he ran the Reddit page, so I guess he's doing the online marketing stuff, too, and makes their videos showcasing products and DIY how-to videos with their products. He seems like a good dude. He follows me on Instagram.
I'm curious on the action thoughts, as well... I have been eyeballing a LA Solus for a 7 PRC build, but I was hoping they would make a full-top rail version by now...
Initial impressions are it’s very nice. Especially for the price. The machining on the action looks great, it’s pretty smooth for right out of the box. Bolt lift is a little stiffer than the origin I have but I expected that. Hopefully my barrel will be in soon and I can get rounds down range. It’s going to be a 280AI.
