Don't waste your money. If you're going to spend $200 on a scope at least go with something worth your money and is proven. At the very least take a look at the bushnell elite 10x at midway. Same price, is proven and better glass.
What type of scope are you looking for and what type of shooting are you planning on doing?

Most of them end up crapping out in a very short time from what I have seen. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Nice catch! Why are they ALWAYS at the damn gun shows? I have never seen Osprey scopes anywhere else but at our local shows...

because margin is good. gun show vendors can buy for cheap and mark up easier than trying to squeeze margin out of top names. guys dont realize top end tubes have very little mark up. examp if scheels paid 175 for a leupy vx1 it was sold for 219 unless there was a sale. not much mark up
