Yes they are. I just got my dispenser back Monday. Try them between 4 and 5 PM Eastern. I don't think I ever got an answer on a Friday. In this day and age they still don't use email.

Just to add a '+1' to their customer service folks, for when you DO get ahold of them. They ARE very helpful and accommodating. That was a few years ago, though.

i had a pact bbk2 scale that i got from midwayusa, had calibration problems from day 1, called pact 2 times, first time they were helpfull, got me taken care of, talked me through resetting the scale the way the factory does it.

2nd time i called, they wanted me to ship the scale back to them on my dime, and with a check for 25$ to cover shipping and repair.. the scale was less then 3 weeks old!!!

Called midwayusa, and told them and they promply exchanged the scale for an RCBS... even sent me a shipping label back to them...
