3 hours ago — The lawsuit alleges that police were complicit and encouraged Kyle Rittenhouse when he shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum in 2020.
Another dog and pony show. The poor kid doesn't have a pot to piss in.

He should've auctioned off that rifle and used to proceeds as startup funds for a FAFO merchandising company. If he doesn't kick himself for the dropping that ball now, he will one day.

It's too bad. Some how the script needs to be flipped. Kyle should sue the police dept for allowing the unlawful behavior that led to him having to defend himself.

It’s what the left does, they weaponized the legal system some time ago, and amazingly enough they seem to have a endless amount of time and money to file lawsuits, if they don’t get what they want through any other process they will simply end you with a death of a thousand cuts through lawsuits. Even more troubling the left now has enough insanely radical elected and appointed judges and DA’s that they have started the same process in the criminal justice system, with legal theories for criminal charges that stretch statues until they scream.

Apparently they're also suing him for wrongful death 'cause he shot the other idiot who was "trying to disarm him"? Was that the one who was trying to beat Kyle's skull in with a skateboard, or was that the other one?

This should have been expected by every thinking person. He will contend with this for many years, if not the entirety of his life.

    It wasn't returned to him.

    At his attorney's request.

There's a simple form he could've filed to have his property returned following his not guilty verdict. His legal counsel advised against this, as if destroying the firearm would somehow placate the animals threating him and his family.

I still say he should've gone all in. When life hands you lemons you make lemonade. You can't give them back.

Weird, what I saw at the time of the trials end was it was the Judge that said no.
