if you are on mobile try a desktop. my mobile did the same thing but desktop worked fine

Definitely do this if you are shopping, registering accounts, or transmitting/receiving any types of files while on your phone. A lot of times, you will get error messages doing something on mobile, but it works on a laptop or desktop. I am sure many folks discovered this through pure accident and trial and error. Technology can be weird a lot of times. My phone itself IS the apartment's router, as I use mobile data rather than a conventional ISP, and there are some vendor sites that I cannot complete transactions on while using the phone, but works fine on my laptop, which is wirelessly synced onto the same network LOL...
but still no access to it that stinks it is nice to see they are working on it .instead of just giving up .
