Is this a scam? I see pricing all over the place on these. I remember these from back in 2001, but recall 'em costing a fuckload more.

This is an ATN model or some shit I'm guessing?

No, and it doesn't look at all like a PAS 13 either, it's a compact clip on with integral IR laser and green image (like a green tinted white hot image). Seller claims it's "one of a few prototypes", which I'd suspect if true BAE would still have in possession. It certainly doesn't look familiar, not to me. Missing the typical authentic nomenclature bullshit stickers too. Seller tried to dazzle me with bullshit about being an engineer, etc. (I'm a mathematician so he can suck my dick from the back FWIW).

I'm gonna pass, less than $3k for the M2HB model would be nice but it's not that animal, I'm familiar with that --we got similar ones for 240B's back when they first came out around 2001. This is a clip on. And quality clip ons cost more IME.

It's on Ebay, Thermals 'n Things. Same guy is selling a PEQ15 and a Surefire light (same ones that sold in great number for $200 a while back). Wants the same price. Something is fishy.

I tend to stick with Vic at TNVC for all NV related shit, but this was too good of a deal to not at least look into. Maybe too good.
