I'll vouch for Josh as well; he's a good guy, and dedicated to doing good work and making sure that his customers are happy. As has been mentioned, he only recently went full time running PVA, and I can only imagine all of the work that has to be done in that regard as well as actual, paying work.
I kinda think of it like this - you're juggling a bunch of running chainsaws, and you can't drop 'em or set 'em down... but you need to put gas in one, adjust the carburetor on another, set the chain tension on a third, etc...
I can only imagine balls it must take to voluntarily give up a gig that you know will pay your bills, for something that you are driving by yourself. There's no sales team out there getting leads or signing up customers, there are no project managers lining up the various bits and pieces or managing the scope of the project, there's no team in accounting to make sure that all the suppliers get paid (and that all the customers pay) or that the books balance, etc...
Given everything that he has going on, I am certainly willing to be patient with the guy...
