So I have an Accuracy international rifle in a pelican all foamed up but want to store my extra barrels in the lid. Any ideas on a holder to slide each barrel into for safe keeping rather than rolling around in case?

I'd make a sleeve with a velcro end panel flap. Make it large enough to store however many barrels you want in individual compartments and long enough to be able to get that flap closed over them. Then, If you really want it attached to the lid, use some smallish grommets in the bag to accept bolts/machine screw or the like and then drill holes in the lid appropriately. Use a washer and rubber washer top and bottom of the lid and some silicone under the rubber washers and enough to seal where the bolt/machine screw or whatever goes through.
