So as not to clutter up the IOM video thread, here are a few pics of my orange beast. About 500 pounds wet, about 100 horsepower, and it makes me giggle in my helmet every time I ride.

First ride- Wenatchee to Ellensburg over Table Mountain and Reecer Creek Road. I hit about 70mph on Reecer a few times.

Re: Per Request

Here are a couple of pics of the Connie.
This was a trip down to the Tail of the Dragon, but We wound up having much more fun on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Not nearly as busy, and My two riding buddies bikes were more suited for the leisurely pace of that road.

Nice ride! I'm trying to decide if my next/additional bike will be a wee dualsport or a big bore sport tourer. How are your bike's reliability and maintenance costs?

1911fan </div></div>Well, reliability so far has been great! Keep in mind that I only have about 15,000 miles on Mine.
I'll be having to do the valve lash check on mine before long, which is no picnic. If You pay a shop to do it, You are looking at a range of 400 - 800 bucks to do it, depending on how many are out.

Some folks burn up tires in 3000 miles, My last set went abot 10 thousand.

I have installed electronic cruse control, outlets for heated clothing, auxillary lighting, My own custom made seat, aftermarket wind screen, satellite radio, & bluetooth wireless communication.

Performance mods include, Pirelli Angel tires(best mod),Removal of the secondary butterflies, addition of a Power Commander V fuel injection module, and an Area-P carbon fiber exhaust.

She is a fast, comfortable, & reliable machine, and will go about 220 miles before I need to worry about a gas station.

Go to the Concours owners forum here http://www.zggtr.org/index.php?wwwRedirect;PHPSESSID=0h9afn4ls4lmef9mfsdmqrg3f5 to learn more about the bikes. Lots of good folks on there. My screen name is jamiemac.
