Perpetual Motion?

When I was a kid (1950's) one of the big debates was about perpetual motion. Was it achievable? Looks like someone has achieved it, at least until the gizmo wears out. Now if you could harness that energy and multiply it by millions, you might have something.

The video was really interesting.

I learned of fluctuating space around 1972 but didnt see the connection to the translation of spatial) energy to the phenomenal world. What I did always ponder, is how did that energy get translated into the world we know. As far as I can determine its through intent, will, and thought, acting on the magnetic fluctuation, in some way giving it shape. If that is correct it would say that we ARE responsible for our reality, all of it, and we might need to do some reassessment of priorities.
